Your success in this role will be measured by:

Client Retention: Evaluate the stability and longevity of our client relationships.
Revenue Retention: Gauge our effectiveness in sustaining or increasing revenue streams from existing clients.
Revenue expansion: Seek opportunities to gain an increase in the client marketing budget.
Client Satisfaction: Assess our success in exceeding client expectations and delivering value.
Client Budget Utilisation: Monitor the efficacy of resource allocation in relation to client objectives.

Who will I be working with?

For each project/account, we form a team called a Pod - each Pod has a Pod Leader, and 1-2 specialists. That means you're going to work with the Specialists daily.
This role requires client-facing meetings, with the involvement of the client's Internal Marketing team.

What knowledge and skills do I require to be successful?

At least 3 years of experience in professional-client relationship management.
Previous experience in Account Management/Account Executive/Client Relationships Management in a marketing agency (Agency experience is a MUST).
Willingness to pick up the phone and proactively engage with clients for effective communication and relationship building.
Strong understanding of agency challenges and a passion for diving into the details to identify root causes of issues.
Proven expertise in conducting client meetings, deep-dive sessions, and WIP meetings.
Native English speaker or Fluent English speaker with Australian, US, UK, New Zealand, or Neutral accent.
Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, including SEO and PPC.
Ability to manage 3-5 medium-large projects simultaneously, with a minimum project duration of 3 months.
Demonstrable problem-solving and risk reduction skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
